Excellent. If 3arc is smart, the awareness perk will counter dead silence. That would imply 3arc is smart. Too many other tasty things that will stop people from using awareness that much. CB will be awesome for end runs in an organized group. |

| Also, coldblooded probably wont be used too much, because toughness looks like the dominant Tier 2 perk. And ghost seems useless the way it is being described. |
